Warranty For Nonbeenary Designs

All products that I produce are backed by a 100-day warranty. This means that if you mess up the application process, the ink fades, or an eagle drops out of the sky and steals it, I've got your back.

Specifically, this warranty covers:

• STICKERS:
  • UV damage (e.g., fading)
  • Ink damage during application (e.g., you scratch ink off while you're trying to put it on a surface)
  • Adhesion loss (e.g., you attach it to a smooth surface but it falls off after a week)
  • Water damage (they are WATER proof but not OIL proof)
• PINS and MAGNETS:
  • Pin bending or breaking
  • Lost magnet
  • UV damage (e.g., fading)
• ART PRINTS and CARDS:
  • Damage during shipping
  • Fading (but prints are NOT meant for outdoor use, so don't hit me with a sun-bleached print)
  • STICKERS:
    • Rubbing off of ink after application. This is usually caused by either natural finger oils or lotions in combination with a lot of touching/rubbing. We recommend protecting these (and all other stickers) with packing tape on a high-contact surface.
    • Loss / misplacement (unless it's a cool story, I guess)
  • PINS and MAGNETS:
    • Water damage (pins and magnets are not waterproof. Do not swim with them.)
    • Loss / misplacement (unless it's a cool story, I guess)
  • ART PRINTS and CARDS:
    • Damage during framing or hanging. Overzealous cats are not usually my fault.
    • Water damage (don't take it swimming)
    • Fire and other acts of god (but if your house burns down, hmu, I'll send you replacements.)
    • Loss / misplacement (unless it's a cool story, I guess)
  • It is your responsibility to contact me if you do not receive your order within an appropriate timeframe. I cannot replace orders beyond the warranty window.
  • Your warranty begins on your delivery date, not the ordered or shipped date.
